All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped to you from my home in Vancouver as soon as possible (usually within 3 days). If you would like express shipping or insurance/tracking info - please get in touch with me, and I can provide an estimate.  I'm happy to work with you to find a shipping option that meets your needs and budget.

This piece is sold UNFRAMED. I recommend getting it professionally framed but if you want to frame it yourself, feel free to email me hello@sophiemacneill.com and I'd be happy to make some suggestions! 

If you are unhappy with your artwork for any reason please email me within 7 days of receiving your purchase and I'll try to resolve the situation as quickly as possible: hello@sophiemacneill.com. I cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages while an item is in transit. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

International orders are always sent with tracking through Canada Post with estimated delivery for 8-10 days. I'm happy to organize express shipping, with added extras like a signature on delivery if you'd prefer. - just let me know once you check out by emailing hello@sophiemacneill.com.

And yes, I know - International Shipping is pretty expensive. If it's cost-prohibitive for you, and you're willing to take the risk for untracked delivery, feel free to send me an email and I can confirm a lower price for sending it untracked/uninsured but please note, I can't be responsible for lost or damaged mail.
